What we collect

When you join first access, we collect your email address, any optional aviation and fit preferences, and the time and wording of your email consent. We record the planned price and offer version applying to your signup, and source, medium, campaign and creative labels from the link you used. These labels help compare campaigns; they do not prove you accepted the price.

After signup you can optionally tell us whether you would consider the polo at the planned price, and why. You can skip this question. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in your answer.

Why we use it

With your consent, we use your email to send updates about the first AERSTEN polo, including launch news and when ordering opens. Optional answers help us understand demand and fit preferences. We use limited campaign labels to assess which introductions lead to registrations, on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding our launch. We don’t sell your details or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Joining is optional. You can withdraw email consent at any time by contacting us with “AERSTEN unsubscribe”. Your optional research answers do not affect first-access emails. The page confirms your signup; we do not currently send an automatic confirmation email.

Your advertising-measurement choice

The separate, unchecked measurement option is entirely optional. You can join first access without it.

If you agree, we share one signup event with Meta through its Conversions API to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. This includes a hashed version of your email address, browser information (the user-agent), event time, a random event identifier and the website address without its query string. Hashing transforms your email but does not make it anonymous: Meta can use it to match an account. We do not send your fit preference, flying relationship, price-interest answer or free-text comments to Meta.

We record the wording and time of your consent. We do not install a Meta browser pixel, read advertising cookies or send a signup event if you decline. Campaign reports based on our saved registrations include people who decline; Meta’s event reports cover only the consented events it receives.

To withdraw this consent, email us with “AERSTEN advertising consent”. We will stop future sharing and cancel any pending event. Withdrawal cannot undo a transmission that has already happened; we will handle deletion and recipient requests where applicable. You can also manage Meta’s use of your data through its privacy settings. See Meta’s privacy policy. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Where it is held

The website and registration storage use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process information to operate and secure the site. Enquiries use Google email services. Meta receives the limited event information only if you choose advertising measurement. Provider operations may involve processing outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

How long we keep it

We retain first-access details and research answers for up to 12 months from registration, unless you ask for removal earlier. If an ongoing customer relationship starts, we explain its retention separately. A minimal suppression record may be kept to respect an unsubscribe request.

Queued advertising-event payloads are cleared after successful delivery or cancellation. Unsent events expire after six days and are removed during processing or our operational review. Delivery status and consent evidence are retained with the registration. The short-lived link used by the optional question expires after 30 minutes or its first accepted answer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict its use. Rights to portability may also apply. Contact us using the address above. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and site operation

This site does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Campaign labels are read from the page address when you submit the form. The hosting service may use necessary security and access mechanisms. No payment, product reservation or order is created by joining.

If the business becomes a company or our use of information changes, we will update this notice and provide any further information or choices required.
